Manuel is a trained electrical engineer. For ten years, he gathered valuable expertise as a software engineer worldwide (Thailand, Vietnam, Brazil, USA, South Africa, Canada...) at a well known global brewhouse producer. He has supported customers worldwide and helped meet their individual requirements.
At some point, the impulse came to create something of his own. In the Allgäu, his homeland. So in 2015, he founded Eight Degree Solutions with his brother Florian. Ready to travel and as flexible as ever, he now supports customers on-site and enriches the project with his expertise.

Florian, also founder of Eight Degree Solutions and former web developer, keeps an eye on the numbers. He IS the back office. Florian takes care of the spare parts business, service requests, and coordinates pickups. Order confirmations and order processing do not go unnoticed at his desk, the threads come together with him.

Sylvain has been a member of our team since 2017 and represents us in France and the French-speaking area, including Switzerland - more than 30 plants have already been installed there.
Originally, Sylvain ran a successful hobby brewer shop in Lyon and has been active in this industry for many years. His profound understanding of our customers' needs has significantly contributed to our success in the French market.
